FRAUD ALERT – Official Notice from eCOM

It has come to our attention that unauthorized third parties are impersonating eCOM via messaging apps (such as LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, and other social media platforms) to offer fraudulent loan services.

Please be advised of the following official statements from eCOM:

1. eCOM does NOT offer loans via LINE or any other social media platforms / instant messaging apps.Any such offer is unauthorized and fraudulent.

 2. eCOM will NEVER ask for your sensitive information or personal documents (e.g., ID cards, passports, bank details) over messaging apps.

3. Any offer of “non-repayment loans” or “guaranteed approval with no repayment required” is entirely fraudulent.Do not engage with such messages.

If you receive any suspicious communication claiming to represent eCOM, do not respond, do not share any documents, and report the incident to us immediately via our official website or customer service hotline.
